Meet Dr. Singla
Prosthodontist | DMD, University of Manitoba
Dr. Gaurav Singla has 20 years of dental experience, and is a Board Certified Prosthodontist. He focuses on cosmetic and implant dentistry, offering a comprehensive range of cosmetic treatments. Dr. Singla is dedicated to achieving optimal outcomes for each patient.
Dr. Singla graduated in 2003 from GNDCRI, Punjab, India, ranking third in his class. After relocating to Canada, he completed the International Dentist Degree Program at the University of Manitoba in 2013, earning his D.M.D. with honors and a place on the Dean’s Honour List. He then managed a successful private general dental practice in Northern Alberta before returning to Winnipeg for postgraduate Prosthodontic training at the University of Manitoba.
Furthering his experience, Dr. Singla completed a fellowship at The University of Texas, M.D. Anderson Cancer Center, becoming a trained Maxillofacial Prosthodontist and Oral Oncologist. He also completed an additional fellowship in implant surgery at the Eastman Institute for Oral Health, University of Rochester. Dr. Singla is a member of the American College of Prosthodontics, the American Academy of Maxillofacial Prosthetics, and the Association of Prosthodontists of Canada.
Passionate about continuous learning, Dr. Singla has travelled extensively to enhance his skills in smile design, smile reconstruction, aesthetics, and treatment of complex occlusal problems. He is part-time sessional faculty and helping train future dentists and prosthodontists at Dr. Gerald Niznick, College of Dentistry, University of Manitoba.
Outside of his professional commitments, Dr. Singla enjoys reading, music, arts, cooking, and spending quality time with his wife, and their three daughters.
